Rosbeiri lives in Batey Lecheria in the Dominican Republic. Batey is the Haitian word for village. The older generations in Batey Lecheria are Haitian. Life for Haitians in the Dominican is difficult. Rosbeiri lives with both of her parents and three siblings; Loren, Adesa and Sandieli. Her father works as a carpenter, but her mother is having trouble finding work. Their income cannot adequately provide for all of their children. Rosbeiri attends public school, and her favorite subject is math. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball with her friends. Rosbeiri's favorite color is blue, and she wants to become a doctor in the future.
