Prathana was born in a Hindu family. Her father left her mother soon after her birth. Her mother started to work as caretaker of bedridden patient, but she did not make enough to provide for the basic needs of the family. She heard about the Mercy Homes and asked if Prathana could live with us. Prathana loves studying English and she wants to become a police officer. She loves playing sports in her free time.
