Life for Haitians in the Dominican is difficult. Osvaldo lives with both of his parents and is the oldest of three children. Osvaldo's father works at the river gathering stones and construction material to sustain the family. The family rents a very humble house made of wood. Osvaldo attends public school, and his favorite subject is math. In addition to soccer, Osvaldo enjoys drawing. His favorite color is blue, and he would like to become a policeman in the future.
