Life for Haitians in the Dominican is difficult. Michael lives with his mom and brother. Michael's dad abandoned the family in 2019. His mother is having difficulty finding work and cannot provide for her family. Michael attends public school, and his favorite subject is math. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer. Michael's favorite color is red, and he hopes to become a firefighter in the future.
