Life for Haitians in the Dominican is difficult. Jensi lives with both of his parents. His dad collects stones and loads them on big trucks for a living. Jensi's mother collects cherries at a cherry plantation. Their combined income is simply not enough to properly sustain the family. Jensi attends public school, and his favorite subject is art. Jensi enjoys playing soccer in his free time. He loves the color red, and he hopes to become a teacher in the future.
