Ibrahim's father passed away when he was a child, and his mother abandoned the family shortly after the death of his father. To this day, the family does not know where his mother is. Now, Ibrahim lives with his grandmother, a woodcutter in the Tombo community. His grandmother takes care of Ibrahim and has seven other children in her care. Since Ibrahim is just a small boy, all of his needs fall on the shoulders of his grandmother. However, she cannot adequately provide food and other basic needs for all of the children. Ibrahim has never attended school due to lack of funds to pay for tuition, uniforms, school supplies and other school fees. He wishes to start his education if given the support and would love to be a teacher in the future. Ibrahim's favorite past time is playing football.
