Cindy lives in the Dominican Republic in the village of Batey Lecheria with her parents and two brothers, Obed and Stevenson. Her father occasionally finds work in construction, but her mother works in the home. Cindy loves helping her mom with the chores, and her biggest wish is that Jesus would lead her family in unity and peace. Cindy walks 15 minutes to school every day and loves math. Her favorite food is plantains and fried eggs, and her favorite color is blue. Cindy loves playing soccer and hopes to become a teacher one day.
