Aminata lives with her mother and other siblings. Her father left them to be with another woman when Aminata was 2 years old. Aminata’s mother does petty trading, but she is not able to adequately provide for her family. Aminata is ready to begin Nursery school, but there is no money for that. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up and thinks she will like science when she begins school. For now, her favorite thing to do is play all day with her friends.
