Hawanatu lives with her mother and siblings in the fishing village of Tombo. Her mother is a petty trader but struggles to provide for her family's basic needs. Life is very difficult for Hawanatu. She has a big heart and loves to help her mom with the housework. Her favorite color is green, and her favorite food is rice and stew. In her free time, Hawanatu loves to play with her friends. She would love the chance to go to school, as she hopes to become a doctor one day.
